Heat wave ahead
A highway mirage is an optical phenomenon caused by a thin layer of hot air just above the ground. The difference in refractive index between the hot air at the road surface and the denser, cooler air above it causes the boundary to act like a mirror, resulting in the reflection of distant objects.
KFC’s extra hot Twister Blaze with Tabasco sauce causes your very own heat mirage – only instead of on the highway – wherever you may devour delicious KFC chicken.
